Final Report

The following report contains the analysis and design of the structural system for West Village Housing Phases III & IV.  A structural overview of the building is included at the beginning followed by an extensive proposed design scenario.  The primary structural redesign was completed with hollow core plank and steel beams.  The lateral system was also redesigned as buckling restrained braced frames.  A construction breadth and an acoustical breadth is also included in this report.

It is important to note that all figures that are not cited in this report are all credited to the architectural and structural drawings of the project which have been provided by Hope Furrer Associates
